With a facilitator to guide you through the content, and opportunities to interact with other learners, you'll get to practice new skills and have conversations that tap into your real work from the comfort of your own space. So, get ready to learn, engage, and interact with your colleagues in a way that you never thought possible in a virtual learning environment!
Live virtual training sessions are highly interactive and fast paced. During virtual training, you will experience activities such as
- Communicating verbally or via chat messaging to share your thoughts, ask questions, or provide feedback
- Participating in smaller groups in breakout rooms with audio and chat for active collaboration and discussion
- Typing or drawing on the screen during key activities or debriefs
- Taking part in role-play scenarios and skill-practice activities using real work situations
- Watching live action and motion graphic videos
To get the most out of your virtual learning experience, please be prepared to participate actively, give your full attention, and resist the temptation to multitask. Plan for a few short assignments to complete between sessions, which may take from about 15 to 45 minutes.
